prescriptions?
Canadian Pharmacy Customer Support
When re-ordering your Canadian prescriptions from our pharmacy,
we at Quality Prescription Drugs advise you to request your
refill at least three weeks (21 days) before you expect to
run out of your medications. Although the actual shipping
of your prescription medications may take less than two weeks
(14 days), we advise our customers to plan ahead.
We ship all of your medications via Canada Post's XpressPost
USA - the
fastest method available for shipping prescription medications
into the United States. This does not, however, guarantee
that your medication will arrive in less than two weeks due
to the following factors:
- Although we ship using XpressPost, US Customs may hold
your package an indeterminate amount of time at the border.
This will increase shipping time.
- Although it is rare, your package may become lost in the
mail. Allowing ample time when re-ordering will allow us
to get a re-shipment to you in the mail as quickly as possible
so that you do not have to stop your medical treatment.
- Ordering in advance affords you peace of mind that your
Canadian prescription medications
will arrive at least one week before you are ready to start
taking them.
If you have already ordered your prescriptions and have not
yet received them, feel free to contact us toll-free at 1-866-885-1866
and we will locate your package and provide you with tracking
information and the tracking number so that you may track
the package yourself as well.
Shipping Delay Notices
- 08/29/2003 - Canada Post Notice of Delayed Packages
August 11-16 Shipments Delayed by US East Cost Blackout
Regrettably, we are finding that many of the packages which
have been sent out from the pharmacy between August 11-15
which crossed into the United States heading for the East
Coast have been delayed for up to 3 weeks. The packages
were held up because of shipping problems with the USPS
in the eastern region of the United States from South Carolina
to Maine and as far west as Ohio. Shipments will
arrive but only as they are being processed by
the United States Postal Service. Call us toll-free 1-866-889-1866
if you think your package may be one of these.
- 07/28/2003 - Canada Post Notice of Delayed Packages
July 7, 11, 14 - 2003 - US Customs / FDA Inspections
We were recently informed that customs/FDA pulled a lot
of parcels on July 7,
11 and 14. They were held until late last week and then
released. Although
we cannot confirm which shipments were pulled, if you have
not yet received your package shipped on these dates, it
most likely has been delayed in customs. Unfortunately,
we cannot predict when or why items will be held up at customs.
There was no hold up in Canada, all parcels are released
as soon as Canada Post receives them, but probably because
of the backlog they haven't been scanned as being received
in the USA.
