Why are your prescription drug prices so low?
The first reason is the cheap Canadian dollar --$100 U.S.
buys roughly $135 in Canadian goods. The second reason is
price controls. The Canadian government limits how much pharmaceutical
manufacturers can charge for brand-name drugs when they are
approved and caps subsequent price increases. [check

What is the difference between a brand name drug and a generic
drug?
A generic drug is a copy that is the same as a brand-name
drug in dosage, safety, strength, how it is taken, quality,
performance and intended use.
Since generics use the same active ingredients and are shown
to work the same way in the body, they have the same risks
and benefits as their brand-name counterparts.
Generic
drugs are less expensive because generic manufacturers dont
have the investment costs of the developer of a new drug.
New drugs are developed under patent protection. The patent
protects the investmentincluding research, development,
marketing, and promotionby giving the company the sole
right to sell the drug while it is in effect. As patents near
expiration, manufacturers can apply to sell generic versions.
Because those manufacturers dont have the same development
costs, they can sell their product at substantial discounts.
Also, once generic drugs are approved, there is greater competition,
which keeps the price down. Today, almost half of all prescriptions
are filled with generic drugs.

If I don't see my prescription medication on your price
list, does that mean you don't carry it?
No. Our pharmacies carry a much broader selection of prescription
medications than those listed. If you don't see the drug you
are looking for, please call us at 1-866-885-1866.

How long will it take for me to receive my prescriptions
by mail?

What is your return policy?
You will be sent a 90
day supply of your medication unless you give specific
instructions to the physicians office. We can ship a maximum
of a 90 day supply as per US FDA rules.
Generic substitution is automatic unless the particular medication
is only available as Brand name. Please refer to the price
list on the website that clearly states if a medication is
a generic version of a Brand name drug.
B.C. College of Pharmacists states that once a medication
has left the pharmacy, it cannot
be returned for any reason - Bylaw 5 (33. subsection 1)
