Drug Description

Indication

Probaclac Travelers is used to minimize the likelihood of travelers’ diarrhea, an acute form of diarrhea that affects a significant number of travelers.

Furthermore, Probaclac Travelers helps to sustain immune functions and promotes gastrointestinal health.

Probaclac Travelers contains a multi-strain probiotic to provide a diversity of bacterial profiles to protect against pathogenic bacteria in other regions of the globe. In addition, it contains Lactobacillus plantarum, known for its anti-diarrheal properties.

Probaclac Travelers work by:

  • Competing with harmful pathogens for receptor sites (human-origin strains).
  • Competing for essential nutrients, hindering pathogen multiplication.
  • Producing lactic acid to keep a balanced intestinal pH.
  • Generating anti-microbial substances to inhibit pathogen growth.
  • Initiating multiple enzymatic activities that stimulate the immune system.

Uses and Dosage

Thoroughly review and follow the guidelines on Probaclac Travelers packaging before the first use and with every refill. For any questions, seek advice from your doctor or pharmacist.

Probaclac Travelers should be taken ten days before departure, throughout the stay in the region, and for one week after returning.

The usual recommended dosage is one tablet two times a day at breakfast and dinner.

If Probaclac Travelers was not taken for prevention before departure, taking 1 to 2 capsules daily is recommended during the stay in the region to restore intestinal flora.

Probaclac Travelers capsule can be swallowed whole or opened, with its contents sprinkled into foods such as yogurt or applesauce or mixed into liquids like milk or water.

If taking antibiotics, Probaclac Travelers should be taken at least two hours before or after the antibiotic intake.

To maintain optimal intestinal flora, consistently take Probaclac Travelers daily as directed on the product packaging. Avoid surpassing the recommended dosage or frequency.
