Eno Regular is indicated for individuals aged 12 and older to alleviate symptoms of acidity and heartburn.
Eno Regular is categorized as an antacid containing three essential components: sodium carbonate, sodium bicarbonate, and citric acid. It comes in a powder form that rapidly dissolves to form an effervescent solution, effectively neutralizing stomach acid upon contact.
Uses and Dosage
Before taking Eno Regular and with each refill, carefully review the product packaging and the accompanying patient information leaflet. For questions or additional information, ask your doctor or pharmacist.
Typically, this medication is taken promptly upon the onset of acidity and heartburn symptoms.
To properly take Eno Regular:
- Measure 5 grams (one spoonful) of Eno powder.
- Dissolve the powder in 150ml of room-temperature water.
- Consume the solution immediately upon powder dissolution.
- If needed, a second dose can be taken after 2-3 hours, but refrain from exceeding two doses in a day.
For optimal results, take Eno Regular exactly as directed on the product package. Do not take more of it or take it more frequently or for longer than recommended.
If there is no improvement in your condition, discontinue the use of Eno Regular and consult a doctor.
