Lactaid Fast Act Caplets are enzyme supplements indicated for individuals with lactose intolerance, a condition that impairs the digestion of lactose (sugar) found in dairy products due to inadequate production of the lactase enzyme (responsible for breaking down lactose). 

Lactaid Fast Act Caplets contain lactase and function by breaking down lactose into easily absorbable sugars (glucose and galactose). This action helps prevent gas, bloating, and diarrhea associated with dairy consumption. 

Uses and Dosage 

Read and follow the instructions on Lactaid Fast Act Caplets package. If your doctor has recommended this product, use it as directed. Consult your doctor or pharmacist if you have any questions. 

Typically, one tablet of Lactaid Fast Act is taken with the first bite or sip of a dairy product. Taking another Lactaid Fast Act tablet is recommended if you continue consuming more dairy after 30 to 45 minutes. 

Refrain from consuming Lactaid Fast Act Caplets too soon or too long after a dairy-containing meal, as this may diminish its effectiveness. 

Consult your doctor if symptoms of lactose intolerance persist or worsen while using this product.
