Description

Zyprexa is a pharmacological agent categorized as an atypical antipsychotic used in the treatment of psychotic conditions like bipolar disorder and schizophrenia. The active ingredient of this medication is Olanzapine, which belongs to the aforementioned drug class.  

Zyprexa exhibits efficacy in the management of manic episodes linked with bipolar disorder for short-term use. In addition, when administered in conjunction with fluoxetine, it may treat depressive episodes associated with bipolar I disorder.
