Lakota Extra Strength Soft Touch is a topical pain reliever that provides powerful relief for joint, muscle, or back aches and pains. It provides fast relief, with results felt in as little as 15 minutes for superficial areas like hands and knees. It is fast-acting, non-greasy, and designed to provide soothing relief for hours. 

Lakota Extra Strength Soft Touch contains natural ingredients such as capsaicin and menthol. Capsaicin is believed to work by desensitizing nerve receptors, reducing the sensation of pain. Menthol provides a cooling sensation that can help alleviate discomfort. 

Use and Dosage 

Adults and children 12 years and older can apply Lakota Extra Strength Soft Touch to the affected area not more than 3-4 times daily. Apply the Lakota Extra Strength Soft Touch to the affected area and rub it in.  

To use Lakota Extra Strength Soft Touch topical pain reliever, follow the instructions provided on the packaging.  

1. Clean the area: Ensure that the area where you will be applying the pain reliever is clean and dry. 
2. Apply a small amount: Squeeze a small amount of Lakota Extra Strength Soft Touch onto your fingers or directly onto the affected area. Start with a small amount and apply more if needed.  
3. Rub it in: Gently massage the pain reliever into the skin using circular motions until it is fully absorbed. Avoid applying excessive pressure.  
4. Wash your hands: After applying the product, wash your hands thoroughly with soap and water to remove any residue. If you have applied the product to arthritic hands, wait ten minutes before washing.
