Furthermore, you should not administer other cough and cold medications containing identical or analogous ingredients concurrently with this medication. 

Uses and Dosage

Exercise caution and refrain from directing the spray into the eyes or directly onto the nasal septum, which constitutes the partition between the two nasal passages.

Side Effects 

Patients may experience certain side effects while using this medication, including the development of a bitter taste in the mouth, nosebleeds, or irritation/soreness within the nasal passages. To mitigate the occurrence of a bitter taste, gently inhale through your nostrils after each spray, as opposed to deep inhalation, which may cause the medication to travel to the back of the throat and enter the oral cavity.
